I notice some of those entries have a collection of guid's to themselves, so how does that work, does it mean he's got six computers or something and I just have to add them all? Or is it that once they get a new id, the old ones are obsolete?

	No, these ones know how to 'hack' there GUID, but its much hassle on the hackers end plus he will run out of fake GUID'S over time. banning via GUID AND IP is still strong.
