OK,I found the files(AvP2/Spritetextures/SFX/Explo/)
But,I have problem,I edit files and everything is OK



But when I save this file as .pcx it changes to this!!!



If you import this into game you get weird effects.

Yup. Make sure you created an alpha layer for it. Edit the texture and save it as a tga, not a pcx. Then import the tga into DEdit and save the created dtx file with the same texture properties as the default unchanged texture. If you don't it wont show up right in certain vision modes.

When I try to import it in Dedit it say that it cant load pcx  Huh

That's because you have to edit the texture as a tga file and save it as a tga file. A pcx file will not hold an alpha layer.

Import TGA into DEdit for this texture.
