Alien and Predator vision problem (Read 35874 times)

	I have installed the game. It's a fresh install. My problem is that whenever I hit 'v' to switch vision mode the screen goes dark. How to solve that issue? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. This is my laptop : http://www.toshiba.eu/discontinued-products/satellite-l300-11m/ It has shared Intel® GMA X3100. I have a fresh Windows XP 32 bit Service Pack 3 on it. I have downloaded the latest drivers for the game. But I could not solve that problem. I searched internet. There are many people having that problem. However, there are very few people solved that problem and they did not share. Can you help me to find out?

	Hi there, so you're running XP? wow gotta love the XP! Well You have Windows XP + Service Pack 3, Your GPU is Intel® GMA X3100. There is several drivers for XP for that GPU - Dated 2010, Intel® GMA X3100 Driver List Try them, see what happens (I will not take any responsibility if your laptop explodes ) That problem is always down to GPU Drivers... if they're toooo new it will cause it... I've had this problem, and i fixed it by updating the drivers. -- Good Luck

I will try them both. By the way, do you play that game?

I have a few questions. 1) I'm looking for someone called 'Optimus Prime'. A kickass predalien. He has a fast killing style like 'Roadkiller' the predalien but I believe he's much superior. I have not seen him playing for years. You two may have played or contacted before. Also you can check your server logs and tell me where he's from at least if that's possible. 2) I'm looking for someone to train me, someone like you My clan is no more active (Raptor clan). Optimus Prime has these stats in one of TBBC servers. \|NH\|Optimus Prime 522 (kill) 348 (death) 1.50 (ratio) But I do not know if this is the real one. He had no tag when I played with him many years ago.

	Yes very 'old' too damn old... i've seen that name before, but i'm not sure where he is now, he doesn't know me, though, we've never chatted, but he's seen me in the game. Train you? I haven't even got time to play the game let alone train anyone, last time i trained someone was 6 years ago. That TBBC stats, could be him, but there are many posers/fakers out there using other people's name. During back in the day i was playing with JEGoMorph/slade/spacestriker/Osoak/Demonkurt/kingsling/Athriss/Blackhawk All good classic players and many more. - Good Times they was Good times! What do you do for a living to be in such a busy mode? I liked your privacy policy. Nice to know people like you still exist. But I did not want this info for the world, I wanted that for me to help me find him. I want to know where he's from at least. There are many people using his nickname in forums. Country info would help me a lot. He was in your server? With which stats? How many kills deaths etc? Numbers may tell us if he's the real one or not.

	What do i do? - Well a very busy job... lol and real life things catch up with me. I'm not as free as i once was you know when you get older you get more busy.. that's just 'LIFE' (it will happen to you one day) but i'll be playing AVP2 again in the far future. Well if someone joins the forum and requests someones ip address or email because they simply want to know? i just cannot reveal that information. If a hacker/cheater was messing around on my servers or any other known avp2 servers i can promise you i will 'REVEAL' everything about him. IP GUID Email GPS Location Who is his provider and what browser he uses l Maybe more ? lol My Server doesn't have 'stats' of any kind, i believe in 'freedom of playing' no record at all, i don't keep players stats to see how good they are.... you join my server to kick ass or get your ass kicked regardless of 'stats' Also that 'TBBC STAT' list is for all known players.. so even if they join my server? they might show up on that list i am not sure, you need to talk to TBBC about that (he is a member on here and views the forum on a regular basis) and i'm sure he'll see this thread soon. As for my server, it has security on it, and good settings for a good quality server! it's not like the other servers that have ALL WEAPONS ENABLED and crazy stupid settings (they're kiddie/n00b servers) Maybe... just maybe... TBBC might give you his info? i'm not sure what his policy is, but we will see when he views this thread soon. - Peace x-M-x
