I trust in Canon Master and i'm sure I'll be able to make  and evolve in better the avp2 official client.
I do not know if it is well understood my dream (rest a dream) but it could take inspiration from it.
however I want to find an alternative solution to download pirated consolidated.
offering the possibility through registration to dowload offical avp2 client.

i want using avp2 offical client for manage
various download in a clean and secure way
(single player and multiplayer)

registred user will receive a mail, inside this mail have:
1 link for confirm registation ,1 link for download official avp2 client, and 1 id key for join in the official servermultiplayer.
but it would need a website just to handle this.
the people who will use the client can decide
whether to simply chat  or to download only the single player or to download even the multiplayer and relative updates specials maps or mods.

perhaps it would be more simple
deploy the client with a simple dowload
you might re think about a process of installing the avp2 client setup
the setup over handle with auto update
might ask torecording through a simple confirmation email
and if the user has or not have original copy of game .
a sort of small pool connected to a database.
in the event that the user has a valid cd key it could be register his original key  inside  database.
in the event that the user does not have entire game
the would  provided for free in a passkey.
in the event that the user have a pirate version
the setup would stop asking to uninstall the pirated version and proceeding the would  provided for free in a passkey
by a sort of invite or confirmation code
a key generated from the  database being recorded and confermend inside avp2 client.
users in AVP2 client would then be informed of the existence of the possibility of being able to buy the game ,
to be able to download the game for free.
you could use e bay and to sponsor the main banner.
not only you could also entice people
to buy with a symbolic donation
doing so a further distinction
between standard registred users,and original users
silver and gold

I can share the link with interested people for bug-hunting. The last version is without chat feature and use local configs instead of downloaded configs from the site (for speed).

The official msp site was never closed... that 'red text' you see is a news post to let people/players know what happened,

the whole 'conflict' gotten out of hand due to a certain individual who thinks the whole msp is about 'ownership' it never was... and yet people seem to think were the cause of this mess, but were clearly not.

Gameplay changes is a big no no but it seems 'that certain individual' is delusional as that's what he's doing. (but people can choose who to believe we don't really care lol)
