Can't install avp2_en_096.exe on Windows 10 x64 (Read 9526 times)

	When I launch the patch installer avp2_en_096.exe, it briefly flashes a progress bar/install window then gets stuck (shows no CPU usage, and 2MB of RAM usage in Task Manager). Is there any other way to install the 1.0.9.6 patch? I couldn't find anyone else having this issue from my searching.
