Alien Trilogy is a first‑person shooter developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Acclaim in 1996 for PlayStation, Sega Saturn and MS‑DOS. Loosely adapting key moments across Alien, Aliens and Alien 3, it sends the player through three themed campaigns featuring labyrinthine corridors, a motion‑tracker radar, and a large arsenal drawn from the films.
Across dozens of mission objectives—clearing hives, retrieving keycards, rescuing personnel and destroying eggs—you fight Facehuggers, Chestbursters, Warriors and other threats. Weapons include the pistol, shotgun, pulse rifle, flamethrower, grenade launcher and smart‑gun, with armor, med‑kits and ammunition to keep you going. Dark, claustrophobic lighting, ambient audio and the ever‑beeping tracker emphasize horror within a fast, run‑and‑gun framework.
