I tested a Deathadder 3.5G and CM Storm Spawn. Both have jitter and skipping in AVP2, the CM Storm has it much worse. Both mice have no such issues on the desktop or in any other game.

Also, the Y-axis movement is extremely jittery, if i move the mouse straight up or down, it sways off to both sides randomly, almost like zigzag.


I use an ancient installation from my XP machine (copy pasted folder), but the same problem occurs with a fresh install.

I, assume it's a custom mouse you have? if so... those problems are related to the mouse software..  not the actual game.


i have a very old usb laser mouse and it works fine in avp2.


Try to lower ya mouse settings and see if that helps.

(Remember AVP2 is 11 years old..)
